SWA welcomed Ashleigh to the team in January 2020 as our upgrade specialist. Ashleigh has had experience working in diverse customer service and operational roles, contributing to team environments and the management of staff.
Ashleigh is responsible for managing the 2022 smoke alarm upgrades. In this role she engages with property managers and landlords to ensure they have all the information and resources they need.
Her extensive experience in customer service has given Ashleigh the passion and ability to work with a broad range of people and the determination to solve a problem regardless of how large or small.
